Winter Week #4 – Meal Plan

❄️Cozy Food, Calm Plans
This week is here to keep January from getting the upper hand. It’s built for long Tuesdays, chilly evenings, and the firm belief that dinner should help the day, not complicate it. Expect cozy soups, steady comfort meals, and just enough structure to keep things moving without turning the kitchen into a full-time job. There’s no weekend cooking, no extra projects, and seafood still shows up on Friday like it’s supposed to. Calm, warm, and intentionally low-drama.
📅 What’s on the Meal Plan:
🍴 Monday Dinner:
Chicken Pasta
A familiar, cozy start to the week — this one exists to ease us into January with minimal drama and a solid bowl of comfort before Tuesday does its thing.

🍴 Tuesday Dinner:
Cheesy Beef Tater Tots
This one exists for busy Tuesdays — comfort food that mostly cooks itself, requires no daytime prep, and is ready to land the plane after a full day out of the house.
🍴 Wednesday Dinner:
Irish Potato Soup
Midweek calls for something steady and forgiving — a warm, familiar soup that slows things down a notch and makes the rest of the week feel manageable.

🍴 Thursday Dinner:
Stewed Beef & Rice
This one earns its place late in the week — a slow, hands-off dinner that does the heavy lifting while you stay out of the kitchen.

🍴 Friday Dinner:
Bacon, Shrimp & Corn Chowder II
Friday calls for something a little special but still easygoing — a cozy seafood dinner that marks the end of the week without turning it into a production.

🍞🧁🍰 This Week’s Extras:
None this week. Winter #4 is intentionally dinner-only to support busy schedules.
🌡 Weather Forecast:
Weekly High/Low: 83°/53°
Looks like a mild Florida winter week with highs near the low-80s and lows dipping into the low-50s — perfect soup weather in the evenings and still shorts-friendly by day.
📋 Season Week #4 Game Plan:
This is the kind of week where the goal is simply to keep things moving without adding friction. Dinners are planned, groceries are already doing double duty, and nobody is asking the kitchen to perform miracles. Monday eases in, Tuesday survives on muscle memory, Wednesday resets the pace, and by the time Friday rolls around, seafood does what seafood does best — signals that the week is officially over. If everything goes exactly as planned, great. If not, that’s fine too. This week is built to bend a little, not break — and that’s the real win.
