🔍 About the Meal
You know how pasta salad is usually a sad side dish hiding out at the potluck buffet? Not this one. This is a full-on main event—lean turkey breast, creamy but zippy dressing, and just enough cheese to feel fancy. It’s cool, tangy, fresh, and fills you up without weighing you down. I made it mid-morning, so by the time dinner rolled around, the flavors had cozied up like old friends. Tossed with a little feta right before serving and scooped over romaine to use up what we had on hand—it hit all the marks. Summer dinner perfection.

📝 Monday Notes
I love that this was done before lunch. Nothing to think about at dinnertime except mixing in some feta and serving. It’s one of those meals that tastes better cold and somehow tastes even better after a night in the fridge. And if you’re wondering—yes, 2 tablespoons of feta were enough. Could you add more? Absolutely. But it doesn’t need it.
🎬 Behind the Scenes
Started the dishwasher on the way out the door for groceries. A rebel, I know. Thalia supervised most of the cooking from the floor like she’s Gordon Ramsay in fur. And no, she’s still not allowed on the counter. Not that she listens. No tea today (or ever, really), and while I usually reserve pasta salads for side duty, this one has earned main dish status and a permanent summer rotation.
